Zoodles Carbonara

2 scoops BN Pure PRO
2 large zucchini
1 egg
1 egg yolk
cup parmesan
cheese, grated
2 slices bacon
Salt & pepper


  • Step 1

    Slice or peel zucchini into noodles. Lay noodles on a paper towel and sprinkle evenly with the salt. Let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can.

  • Step 2

    Whisk egg yolks with egg and cheese until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crisp.

  • Step 4

    Add zucchini noodles and stir until warmed through.

  • Step 5

    Reduce heat to low and stir in egg mixture. Turn o the heat and stir the noodles until the eggs are just cooked.

  • Step 6

    Season with black pepper before serving.


  • Drain the zucchini completely to ensure your desirable texture by squeezing on paper towels and allowing them to dry
