I was taking these tablets ad-hoc as and when I remembered but when I had my bloods done in Nov 2025, the test results showed that my Vit D and calcium levels were in the low range. These are okay, thought I would give them a go. I mean, they are handy to be in chewable format, but I prefer the ones you get overseas that look and taste like Star Bursts, these ones are a little chalky. Okay, I suppose they won't melt in hot weather.
