Blood test showed up vastly improved Vitamin D and Calcium levels
I was taking these tablets ad-hoc as and when I remembered but when I had my bloods done in Nov 2025, the test results showed that my Vit D and calcium levels were in the low range. From that point onwards, I took 2 x tablets every single day and had another blood test on 12 January 2026. My GP called to say both levels have vastly improved and am now in the healthy range which will help to improve my bone density.
