Protein Cookies

1 scoop BN Pure Pro
1 large ripe banana
1 cup oats
⅓ cup chocolate chips


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Mix the banana, oats, chocolate chips and BN Pure Pro in a large mixing bowl - stir well.

  • Step 3

    Spoon 1 tbsp size balls of the mixture onto the baking tray.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden, then allow cooling on the tray for 5 mins.

  • Step 5

    Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • Do not overbake the cookies, as they continue to cook as they cool down. While the cookies may look a little underbaked, they will firm up beautifully while cooling down.
