Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

1-1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup grapefruit
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp lime juice
2 fresh mint leaves


  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients (except mint leaves) in a high-speed blender.

  • Step 2

    Pour and service with mint leaves as garnish.

  • Step 3

    Eat the mint after the smoothie. It stops food cravings and improves the flow of bile through the stomach.
