| 1-1/2 | cups frozen or fresh blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup grapefruit |
| 1/2 | cup coconut milk |
| 1 | tsp lime juice |
| 2 | fresh mint leaves |
Combine all ingredients (except mint leaves) in a high-speed blender.
Pour and service with mint leaves as garnish.
