Yes, current at 87
4. How do you feel now that you have had the surgery?
I feel great! I will and can go for lengthy walks, boosted energy levels and feel a heap better all round.
None what so ever.
6. Would you do it again now that you know what you know?
Absolutely
7. What are some of the inspiring things you can think of that you have noticed along the way?
Being able to shop for née and smaller clothes is a great feeling, but also looking a little younger and having higher energy levels to be active is awesome!
8. Did you have some happy unexpected surprises?
None what so ever
9. What advice do you have for anyone preparing for surgery?
Do your research and surround yourself with positive people to encourage the lifestyle change you are making
10. What is the one very best thing that has resulted from your surgery? What has been the hardest part of your journey?
Overall health has improved significantly, I haven’t had any challenges that my research didn’t prepare me for so I have found it smooth sailing so my experience has been great!
