For each scoop (1), add into 300ml of water and shake/stir well - to achieve a total of 15g of protein, 2 scoops will be needed.

I must say this is the best protein water on the market. It dissolves very quickly and the taste is pleasant. Most don't dissolve or taste terrible. I have come across one that tastes super amazing ... but takes about 30 minutes to dissolve! so, hands down, these are the best!
