1. Add 55g of powder to 300ml of cold water.
2. Shake or blend until the powder is completely dispersed.
3. Consume immediately to enjoy the goodness.*

*Once prepared, tightly cover and consume within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
