BN Magnesium with Collagen

BN Magnesium Glycinate is a pure magnesium glycinate powder, formulated to support everyday nutritional balance with simplicity and intention.

Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral involved in more than 300 normal physiological processes in the body, including muscle function, nervous system function and energy metabolism.

BN Magnesium uses magnesium glycinate (also known as magnesium bisglycinate),  a chelated form where magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine.

Chelated minerals are widely used in nutritional formulations for their predictable bioavailability, particularly for those who prefer a magnesium option for routine rest and relaxation.

Glycine is an amino acid revered for its support in normal sleep. Glycine reduces time to sleep (sleep latency) and also supports more restful sleep as it can reduce bodily movement - for reducing  the  ‘tossing and turning”

With 300 mg per 1g scoop, no fillers, no flavours, and no unnecessary ingredients, BN Magnesium Glycinate keeps supplementation clean, simple, and evidence-led. Easily mixed into water or juice, it fits seamlessly into daily routines,  morning or evening.
