I have felt such an improvement since starting these multi vitamins. Prior to starting these i was feeling lethargic and had to push myself daily. Now I jump out of bed ready for the day.

I have been taking these Multivitamins since the pre-op stage of my WLS journey (now 9 months post op) and they have been super easy to fit into my routine and my bloodwork has continually come back with no deficiencies since starting them. (Prior bloodwork showed I was low in Vitamin D and other areas). They aren't huge and hard to swallow and the price point seems super reasonable.
