Ingredients: Psyllium (seed husks), lemon (fruit), multi-strain probiotics and F.O.S. (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bacillus coagulans), licorice (root), ginger (root), raspberry (fruit and seed), pomegranate (fruit and seed), barley grass (sprout), wheatgrass (sprout), dandelion root, green banana fibre (fruit), cinnamon (bark), Siberian ginseng (root), gotu kola (leaf and stem), stevia (leaf), chaste tree (berry), rosemary (leaves), black cohosh (root), broccoli powder (whole plant), bladderwrack (frond), milk thistle (fruit).
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 10g) into water, juice or a smoothie, 1–2 times per day.
Tips: Add the powder before the liquid for easier mixing, and drink promptly as it thickens in water. See our website for smoothie recipe ideas. If you are taking any medication, we recommend separating your dose of Fem21 by 2 hours due to its high fibre content.
- This product is not intended or recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant or lactating women.
- Not recommended while using hormonal contraceptives such as the oral contraceptive pill (OCP), implant devices (Implanon or NuvaRing) or contraceptive injections (Depo-Provera), as it may decrease their contraceptive action. Can be used alongside an intra-uterine device (IUD) - both hormonal (progesterone) and copper.
- Not recommended during pregnancy, especially after 12 weeks. May be used at a ½ dose in the first trimester if you were taking Fem21 prior to becoming pregnant.
- Not recommended while exclusively breastfeeding - generally suitable once a baby is 6 months or older.
- Not recommended if undergoing active treatment for hormone-dependent cancers.
