Portion Rings is an excellent visual guide for easily measuring perfect portions of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats directly onto your plate or bowl. Great for meals and snack portions.
Each ring has a colour that corresponds to specific food groups.
1. Choose the desired colour ring and place it onto your plate or bowl.
2. Fill the ring with food; you can grab ideas of what food to use provided in the nutrition guide.
3. Lift and remove the ring from your plate or bowl, leaving behind a perfectly sized portion of food without measuring or weighing.
Portion control rings are an excellent tool for anyone, especially those on the Weight Loss Surgery journey, to eat correctly sized food portions.
Meats, fruits, vegetables, cheese, cereal, grains, nuts and seeds are some nutritious foods you can measure in your portion control rings.
