1. Place the Gel Ball Ice Pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Once cold, remove from the freezer and wrap in a light cloth and apply to the affected area. Do not apply directly to the skin.
3. Rotate use for 15-20 minutes at a time, allowing the skin to return to normal temperature between applications.
4. Rinse with soap and warm water between uses.
