I don't notice any real taste difference, but it doesn't fully dissolve. I have it in a clear water bottle. It leave a residue on the bottle and if left some will leave a top layer on the water

My breaks don't line up with when I need to eat, I mix a massive scoop with just enough water and shake. 2 mins job done. Also add it to my Pecan, cranberry, almond meal ect protein balls or slice...tastes like xmas all yr round. My son 29, 6 ft 4, gym fit health concious makes a diff shake everything he comes to visit, last time banana, blueberries, cacao, yoghurt, bn, lactose free milk, water, ice...delish...I've spread the word re how great this product is...
